We are looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, taking patient vitals, preparing treatment rooms, and assisting the chiropractor with treatments. Responsibilities:

• Assist chiropractors in providing patient care.
• Greet and register patients, verify insurance coverage, and collect payments.
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Prepare patients for treatment by taking vital signs and medical histories.
• Assist with physical therapy treatments such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and traction.
• Maintain patient records and files.
• Help with media distribution
• Help with X-rays, spinal thermography, digital foot scanning, and heart rate variability testing.
• must have billing and coding experience, will train for chiropractic coding but must have a working knowledge of medicare and medicare appeals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
