We are looking for a Campus Success Consultant to join the Ready team as a part of the CampusGroups division. We are looking for a personable, tech-savvy professional to help build active, long term relationships with our CampusGroups campus partners. Our CampusGroups division helps higher education institutions like Stanford, Cornell and MIT to engage with their students, staff and faculty communities.

As a Campus Success Consultant, you will operate as the lead point of contact post-implementation to a portfolio of campuses, building rapport and partnering with campus administrators to create goals that represent their campus’ needs and developing a plan to achieve them. A strong passion for improving user adoption and experience is a must. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver, have strong collaboration and communication skills, and thrive in an autonomous work environment.
You will
- Actively manage a portfolio of campuses, initiating regular communication touch points throughout the client lifecycle
- Serve as a product expert by learning and understanding product functions and technical setup needs and keeping up-to-date with trainings and new features
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key users and decision-makers across campus, monitoring overall health and proactively engaging to ensure satisfaction and maximize rate of renewal
- Prioritize the customer experience for each campus through identifying their unique needs and sharing trends and best practices, providing supplemental product trainings and demonstrations as needed
- Monitor customer metrics and product adoption rates, and develop assessment tools and strategies to proactively identify at-risk clients and devise plans to reduce contraction
- Advocate for clients within the company, communicating their needs and use cases to senior leadership and collaborating with internal teams to guide the future development of the product
- Foster client relationships with company and each other via the CampusGroups User Community and through partnering with campuses for developing additional content and shared resources
- In conjunction with Sales team, serve as active partner during the renewal process and mid-cycle license adjustments
- Support the efforts of all other teams in the company, providing valuable insight and suggestions on the needs of the clients to guide training, marketing, and product decisions

You are an ideal candidate if
- Have 2+ years experience in Student Affairs/Higher Education or EdTech
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel (up to 25%)
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with student organization engagement software is a bonus
