This Bookkeeper role is a great opportunity for candidates with prior A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting experience. - Settle accounts by reconciling entries
- Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Manage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
- Examine payments received and record deposits
- Maintain quality historical records by filing documents
- Conduct and manage the general ledger
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Experience using accounting software
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
- Budgeting experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Sage Software
- ADP Online experience
- Adeptness in Process Payments
- Demonstrated knowledge of general ledger
- Experience with payroll
- Deep understanding of union reports
- 3+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper
