Job description

Our Meineke Car Care Center is an independently owned and operated franchised automotive repair center in Charlottesville, VA. We pride ourselves on outstanding service and a heavy focus on the shop environment for our employees.

We’re currently looking for motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisors / Writers to join our team! As a Automotive Service Advisor / Writer, your goal will be to communicate with customers about their vehicle repair needs and relay that information accurately between them and our technicians.

Automotive Service Advisor / Writer compensation: $55,000 - $95,000 a year based on experience.

We’re currently offering a Signing bonus after a probationary employment period!

Automotive Service Advisor / Writer Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of automotive service sales experience required
  • Great driving record and valid driver's license

Automotive Service Advisor / Writer Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers, communicating with them on what repairs are necessary, and selling them the appropriate automotive service and repairs after consulting technicians
  • Answering phone calls, customer questions, and conducting outbound calls to provide service to customers
  • Being informative about potential cost savings through preventative maintenance
  • Helping oversee the workflow in the service center with the shop manager
  • Working with vendors and suppliers to ensure customer needs are met

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
