This field management job will help to lead and coordinate all elements of the construction project on-site. helping and supervising hourly trade workers and field engineers. Additional duties assigned by leadership, such as helping to design and implement business policies, may also fall under the purview of this position.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing a multi-million dollar ground up residential build
  • Managing time lines and budget for project
  • Inspect construction to ensure safety and building codes
  • Oversee and manage subcontractors
  • Oversee or purchase all materials, equipment and supplies for project

What You Need for this Position

  • 5+ years construction experience
  • Experienced in Multi family builds
  • Wood/Stick builds is a MUST
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other software common within the construction industry
  • Prior success managing site safety and insurance risks
  • Ability to work intermittent weekends during busy periods to satisfy business/ delivery needs
  • OSHA Certification
  • Procore experience!
