Job description

Job Summary and Essential Function:

· Answering incoming calls and alarm system signals regarding emergency and non-emergency police and fire service, emergency ambulance service, information, and after-hours calls for departments within a city

· Relay information and messages to and from emergency sites to law enforcement agencies, and to all other individuals or groups requiring notification

· Monitoring of all types of alarm signals including video surveillance

· Other duties as assigned

Available Shift: All shifts available, MUST be able to work every Saturday and Sunday with NO EXPECTATIONS! MUST work holidays if scheduled to work.

This is NOT a remote position!

Salary commensurate with experience in alarm monitoring
