Administrative Assistant for a Financial AdvisorThe Administrative Assistant in a Financial Advisor's office will provide administrative support by:
- Schedule clients appointments.
- Prepare agenda and forms for appointments.
- Prepare business correspondence for advisor's.
- Copy and track all client and practice materials.
- Conduct client appointment reminder calls and check-in calls on follow up items.
- Run and sort reports.
- Perform other office duties as assigned by the financial advisor.
1. Greet clients upon arrival extending hospitality in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Document client calls and correspondence.
3. Track client appointments. Follow up on appointments.
4. Convey polite and clean phone manner.
5. Have the ability to support and provide guidance for compliance within the advisor's practice.
6. Possess a positive supportive attitude with the sincere willingness to learn and grow with the Financial Firm.
7. Must pass a fingerprint and background check.
