Runnings has a career opportunity as an Accounting Clerk available in our Corporate Office located in Marshall, MN. This position will report to the Accounting Manager. We are looking for a detail oriented individual with a positive attitude who is looking to work in a fast pace team environment. This role will assist both Accounts Receivable and the General Ledger function.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for applying payments to customer accounts

Manage past due customer accounts

Assist with sending monthly account receivable statements.

Responsible for entering store daily summaries and customer count.

Enter daily bank deposits for retail locations and prepare store transfers.

Enter & scan sales tax exemption certificates.

Sort coupons and mail redemption forms to appropriate vendors.

Assist with establishing in-house charge accounts.

Any and all other duties as assigned by manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
