Large Condominium Community looking for a full time " In House Security Officer ", with a minimum of 2 years’ security experience. The schedule is Tuesday 4 PM - 12 AM, Wednesday 4 PM - 12 AM, Thursday 4 PM - 12 AM, Friday 4 PM - 12 AM, Saturday 12 PM - 8 PM. Hours and days listed are NOT negotiable. Duties and tasks are to be carried out in conformance with applicable Brook House company policies and procedures.

Candidates must have:

• Exhibit professionalism at all times.
• Must have a proven record of punctuality and dependability.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of people.
• Ability to maintain calm demeanor in a demanding environment.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement in emergency situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft word and outlook.
• Good working knowledge of security systems, IP cameras, life safety, patrol tours, and incident report software.
• Flexibility to work other shifts as necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and conduct tours of the 8 acre property.

Qualifications include 2 years Security Officer experience, preferably within the Residential Industry, U.S. citizenship, high school diploma or equivalent. Strong oral, written, communication and organizational skills. Ability to demonstrate a history of proven reliability and consistency. Clean criminal background is a must, CORI check will be run.
